Service and accounts

FigureKit is a hosted MCP service at https://mcp.figurekit.dev/mcp. AI agents call it to generate illustrations in curated styles.

Accounts are created through email sign-in links. Each link can be used once and expires after 15 minutes. Invited users can also connect with a connect code.

Accounts may be suspended for abuse.

Credits and payments

New accounts may receive 10 free image credits. A daily cap applies, so free credits are not guaranteed.

Credit packs cost USD 9 for 100 images or USD 29 for 400 images. These are prepaid, one-time payments. There is no subscription. Credits do not expire.

Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. A credit is deducted when a generation starts and automatically returned if that generation fails.

Refunds

Unused credit packs can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Email billing@level09.com to request a refund. Failed generations return the credit automatically.

Image use

You may use images you generate for any purpose, including commercial use. Level09 FZE claims no rights in your outputs and does not use them for marketing or to train models without your permission. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

Generated image links expire after 7 days. Save images you want to keep.

Acceptable use

• Do not generate illegal content or content that sexualises minors.
• Do not use the service for harassment.
• Do not present generated images as real photographs or documentary evidence of real events.
• Do not use outputs to impersonate or defame real people.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, credits, or bot checks.
• Do not resell raw access to the service.

Availability and liability

Rate limits and a global monthly capacity apply. The service may be unavailable at times.

The service is provided as is during this beta. Uptime is not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, Level09 FZE's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai.
